Shipping and Delivery Policies

FULFILLMENT

Mo' Scrubs current fulfillment time for orders is 7-14 business days. Please note that availability of raw materials could delay orders. Any orders that will be delayed past 14 business days will be communicated directly to customer.

Shipping dates are Wednesdays and Saturdays, orders will be shipped on next shipping date after order is fulfilled. Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First Class mail, depending on weight and location, and arrive within 3-5 business days.

Cost for shipping is based on weight per item.

Please contact us if you require express shipping, or for orders larger than 10lbs.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS/MOVING POLICY

Please verify your address is correct when entered. If your package is returned to Mo' Scrubs due to being undeliverable, your order will be refunded, minus shipping charges, and you will be required to place the order again and pay for shipping. If the error is on Mo' Scrubs, the responsibility to redeliver will fall on Mo' Scrubs.

PACKAGE INSURANCE

USPS Priority Mail and First Class packages are insured up to $50, additional insurance is available upon request, at customer expense. Priority Mail Express shipments include up to $100 in insurance.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGE POLICY

Tracking information is provided with orders once fulfilled. It is recommended if you live in an apartment building or duplex, or if you have had previous issues with deliveries at your address, that you contact us to have packages shipped with signature confirmation. Mo' Scrubs is not responsible for replacing packages that have been confirmed delivered by shipping service.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Items arrived damaged will be replaced or refunded providing customer contacts Mo' Scrubs within 48 hours of delivery and provides proof of damage (a picture).

LOCAL DELIVERY

Free local delivery is available for residents of Rutherford County, TN. Use code: SHIPME at checkout to waive shipping. If this code is used on orders outside of Rutherford County, you will be contacted for additional payment for shipping, or your order may be canceled and refunded.

NASHVILLE AREA ORDERS - limited delivery in Nashville area is available for a $5 fee, and can be chosen at checkout. Please contact us prior to selecting local delivery to confirm availability.

Why should I use a sugar scrub?

Sugar’s small particles make an excellent topical exfoliant, and are used in a number of body scrubs to exfoliate dead surface skin cells and reveal the glowing, healthy-looking skin underneath. Sugar scrubs also have a few benefits over salt scrubs. For one, small sugar granules are generally gentler than salt, which can cause microscopic tears in the skin; two, because of sugar’s natural humectants properties, these scrubs are more hydrating than salt scrubs, which can strip skin of natural oils.

What are the benefits of a homemade scrub vs store bought?

I use all organic, natural products that you can identify and pronounce. No dyes, no perfumes no coloring. Mo’ Scrubs are safe to use on every area of your body and are also gender neutral. Mo’ Scrubs = Mo’ Goodness!

Who can use sugar scrubs?

Mo' Scrubs are made of all natural ingredients, and can be used on men, women, and children ages 3 and up. Avoid using facial scrubs on children under 11yrs old.

What should I do when my scrub arrives?

Your sugar scrub may get separated during shipping. When you receive it, be sure to stir before using. Other than that, it's ready to enjoy!

How often should I use my scrub?

You can use them as often as every other day, or whenever you choose. Frequent use will ensure you are reaping the benefits of your product.

How do I store my scrub, and what is the shelf life?

Scrubs are safe to be stored in your bathroom or really any room of your home. Avoid storing in extreme hot or cold temperatures.

You should run out of your scrub long before it expires, but if for some reason you DON'T want the softest skin around (smile), be sure to toss them after twelve months, or if/when it dries out.

WILL THE CBD THAT YOU USE IN PRODUCTS AFFECT MY SYSTEM IF I AM DRUG TESTED?

Excellent question! Mo' Scrubs uses full spectrum CBD, which does contain 0.03% THC. However, CBD is mixed in with other products and even by itself, that is such a low amount that it is very unlikely that it will affect your system and show up if you are drug tested. As always, do what you feel is most comfortable for you and check with your physician if you have concerns.
