All sales are final, with the exception of damaged product. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48hrs to arrange a replacement or refund.

Most ingredients used on products are organic, *vegan and cruelty free. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please use your best discretion when ordering. Mo' Scrubs is not responsible for any adverse reactions to products. (*products containing beeswax are not vegan friendly)

Products are sensitive to temperature changes. Please be advised that body butters can melt in extreme heat, but can easily be solidified again by placing it in a cool space or refrigerator. Scrubs and other products may also solidify (during cold months) and melt (during hot months). Please be advised that Mo' Scrubs will not offer refunds or replacements for products affected by temperature changes.

Please contact us immediately if you prefer to sign for delivery on packages. Mo' Scrubs will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages outside of the included insurance provided by shipping provider.
